If a project has begun but no draft or preview has yet been sent, a partial refund may be offered to reflect only the portion of work that has not been executed. In situations where technical issues occur—such as corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or inaccessible links—our team will provide corrected versions, alternative formats, or re-upload the material at no extra cost. It is important to understand that services become non-refundable once the agreed files have been delivered in full, even if the client later decides not to use the product, is dissatisfied with the creative direction after giving approvals, or provided incomplete or incorrect instructions at the start of the project. Our responsibility is to perform the service according to the agreed scope, references, and professional standards. To minimize misunderstandings, most of our services include one or two revision rounds, allowing clients to request adjustments and provide feedback before final delivery. Revisions are designed to ensure that expectations are met, but they are not unlimited, and major changes outside of the original scope are considered new work.

For custom beats, exclusive productions, or fully tailored mixing and mastering projects, refunds are not possible once work has started. These services are entirely personalized and created solely for the individual client, which makes them impossible to revoke or repurpose. Clients are therefore strongly encouraged to provide accurate details, references, and clear instructions before the project begins.
